The Beginning
From Our First Housing Estate to a Group Built on Trust
Koolpunt Group was established in 1987 by Mr. Sompak Trakarnkoolpunt with the conviction that Chiang Mai has the potential to become a premium residential city. From a humble beginning as a small housing estate project, the company has grown steadily into a fully integrated business group encompassing real estate, hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafes, spas, and medical centers. Over more than 39 years, we have delivered over 4,500 quality homes to families in Chiang Mai and residents from around the world, while maintaining ISO 9001 standards across all operations.
