Construction Supervision
Resident engineers supervise every project site, overseeing each construction phase -- from foundation and structure to architecture, electrical, and plumbing -- in strict compliance with engineering standards.
Final Inspection
Before every home is handed over, our QC team conducts inspections across more than 50 checkpoints covering structure, finishing, electrical, plumbing, and every fine detail to ensure the home is delivered in perfect condition.
After-Sales Service
Our after-sales service covers structural warranty, utility systems, and finishing. A dedicated maintenance team is always ready to assist, and we regularly follow up on customer satisfaction to ensure the best ongoing care.
