Koolpunt Group was established in 1987 by Mr. Sompak Trakarnkoolpunt with the conviction that Chiang Mai has the potential to become a premium residential city. From a humble beginning as a small housing estate project, the company has grown steadily into a fully integrated business group encompassing real estate, hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafes, spas, and medical centers.
