Launched Koolpunt Ville 2 at T.Maehea, A.Muang, Chiang Mai — 106 units of houses, twin homes, and 2-storey townhouses.

Launched Koolpunt Ville 3 at T.Maehea, A.Muang, Chiang Mai — 144 units of 1-storey houses and townhouses.

Launched Koolpunt Ville 10 "The Heritage" at T.Chaisatharn, A.Saraphi, Chiang Mai — 201 units of 2-storey detached houses.
Koolpunt Ville 11 — The Central Park (Chiang Rai)

Sireeampan Boutique Resort & Spa
Opened Sireeampan Boutique Resort & Spa — 11 Early Rattanakosin-style suites in a beautiful garden setting, blending Thai architecture with boutique luxury.
Koolpunt Medical Centre
Founded Koolpunt Medical Centre, a non-profit organisation built on the belief that business is inseparable from social responsibility. It provides comprehensive healthcare with general and specialist clinics and experienced physicians, dedicated to improving the quality of living for the community.
North Hill Golf Club — 18-Hole Championship
Renovated the 9-hole course to an 18-hole championship golf course (par 72) and rebranded from Mezza 9 to "North Hill Golf Club". Soft opening November 2015.
North Hill City Resort
Opened North Hill City Resort — 42 contemporary luxury rooms with Doi Suthep views, opened 5 October 2016.
The Prestige — Koolpunt Ville 9
Launched The Prestige — a new zone in Koolpunt Ville 9 featuring Thai Contemporary detached houses and townhomes with modern luxury design.
