# Koolpunt Group
> Real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle conglomerate in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Founded in 1987 (B.E. 2530) by Mr. Pak Roj-anasakul. Develops residential projects under the Koolpunt Ville brand and operates hotels, restaurants, spas, a golf club, and a non-profit medical center.

Koolpunt Group has delivered 17 housing projects (4,500+ units) since 1987 and operates Parc Borough City Resort, North Hill City Resort, Sireeampan Boutique Resort & Spa, North Hill Chiang Mai Golf Club, and dining venues including Caramellow Cafe, Parc Thai Eatery, Boss Ramen, Black Biscuit, Sayomporn, White Jungle, Luca del Lago, and See Doi Sky Terrace.
